Horses Unlimited, a non-profit horse rescue in El Paso, Texas, is hosting a spring break camp for young horse enthusiasts from March 10-12. The camp, which costs $150 per student and runs from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., offers hands-on experiences to help children build confidence and connect with horses. Activities include round pen training, grooming, saddling, riding exercises, and educational lessons on horse anatomy and care.
Only 10 spots are available for the camp, and it will take place at Horses Unlimited’s location at 15415 Buckwheat St. The proceeds from the camp will go toward completing shade structures for the rescue’s horses before the rainy season. Established in 2011, Horses Unlimited is dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating horses while also offering therapeutic riding programs.
To learn more about the camp or to sign up, interested individuals can call Horses Unlimited at 915-491-7653. Tune in to Sunday Funday on March 9 at 8 a.m. and in the evening to catch a sneak peek of the upcoming camp brought to you by Sarah Farms. This camp is a great opportunity for children to learn about horses and participate in fun and educational activities while supporting a worthy cause.
