The UConn softball program has announced the 50K For 50 Years Pledge to celebrate 50 years of the program. The pledge is performance-based and will only be active when UConn wears their throwback UC logo uniform on Sundays. Supporters can sign up to pledge money for various achievements during games, such as strikeouts, stolen bases, doubles, triples, home runs, wins, and more. The goal is to raise $50,000 by the end of the season. Charges will occur on the Tuesday following the game, and fans can sign up at any time during the season.
