SPX Technologies Finalizes Purchase of Kranze Technology Solutions


Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 27, 2025 – SPX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: SPXC) has announced the completion of its acquisition of Kranze Technology Solutions, Inc., a leader in digital interoperability and tactical networking solutions.
