A tragic car crash on Interstate 684 claimed the life of 65-year-old Michael Keller from New Milford, Connecticut, over the weekend. New York State Police responded to the scene in the town of Southeast following reports of a two-car collision at 7:15 a.m. According to investigators, a 23-year-old woman struck a guardrail, crossed all lanes of traffic, and collided with Keller’s vehicle. Both cars then rolled over and came to a stop in an embankment. Keller was pronounced dead at the scene, while the female driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The investigation into the crash is still ongoing. The tragic incident serves as a sobering reminder of the importance of safe driving practices and the need for continued efforts to prevent accidents on our roadways.
