NBC Connecticut is forecasting mild weather for Saturday with high temperatures in the mid-40s across the state. A few light rain showers are expected to come and go in the afternoon. However, on Sunday, a storm system is moving in with the potential for four to eight inches of snow for most of Connecticut. Winter storm watches have been issued for parts of the state from Sunday afternoon through late Sunday night or Monday morning. Sunday will start off dry with temperatures in the upper-20s and low-30s, but snow showers are expected to move in after midday and continue through early Monday morning. After the snow, temperatures will drop, and cold weather will persist through Thursday. Be sure to stay updated on the weather alerts and prepare for winter conditions this weekend.
