UConn Women’s Basketball Duo Named to Wooden Award Midseason Top 25
UConn women’s basketball team members Paige Bueckers and Sarah Strong have been recognized for their outstanding performances by being named to the Wooden Award Midseason Top 25 list. Bueckers, a redshirt senior, leads the Huskies in scoring and assists, with impressive shooting percentages. She previously won the Wooden Award as a freshman in 2021. Freshman standout Strong, the No. 1-ranked recruit, has consistently delivered strong performances for UConn, leading in several statistical categories. Fans can purchase tickets for the game to support the Huskies as they continue their successful season.
