McDonald’s is set to launch a new “McValue platform” on Tuesday, offering customers nationwide, local, and app-based deals. Some offers, like the “Buy One, Add One for $1,” will allow customers to get a second item for just $1. The McValue menu, first announced in November, aims to give customers more ways to enjoy their favorite food at a lower cost.
Notably, McDonald’s successful $5 Meal Deal, which includes a McCrispy Meal Deal and a McDouble Meal Deal, will continue as part of the new McValue platform. The $5 Meal Deal was initially launched in June 2024 and has been extended due to its popularity.
Joe Erlinger, the president of McDonald’s USA, stated that the new platform was created with input from franchisees, allowing customers to define value on their own terms. The McValue menu will provide fans with more opportunities to save on their meals.
Local and in-app deals will vary by location, and it is unclear if new offers will be added periodically. Customers can expect to see a range of offers tailored to their preferences and location on the new McValue platform.
