On Christmas Eve, two Connecticut residents tragically lost their lives in a head-on collision in Rhode Island. The crash occurred on Route 4 in North Kingstown, where a car traveling southbound crossed into the northbound lane and struck another vehicle. The impact of the crash resulted in the deaths of both drivers.
The victims have been identified as 48-year-old Matthew Duguay from North Branford and 46-year-old Miguel Ayala from New Haven. Both individuals were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Authorities are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash and have not yet determined the cause.
