Musicians like Usher, Diddy, and Kendrick Lamar were also popular search terms. In Connecticut, Olympians like Simone Biles and Scottie Scheffler, as well as songs by KSI and Kendrick Lamar, were trending.
The greater New York area, including Stamford, showed similar trends to Connecticut, with a focus on voting/elections in local searches. Overall, the Google Trends data offers a glimpse into the interests and activities of people around the world as they navigate the events of the year.
