A Guide to Watching Chiefs-Steelers and Ravens-Texans NFL Games on NBC Connecticut

Netflix is set to broadcast two marquee NFL matchups this holiday season, marking the first time the streaming giant will air live NFL games. On Christmas Day, viewers can tune in to watch the Kansas City Chiefs face the Pittsburgh Steelers, followed by the Baltimore Ravens taking on the Houston Texans with a halftime performance by Beyoncé.

Netflix has previously delved into the world of sports, airing events such as the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson boxing exhibition. Despite some streaming issues during the event, it became the most-streamed sporting event in history with 108 million global viewers.

The NFL Christmas games will be the third and fourth regular season games to be played on a Wednesday, starting at 1 p.m. ET and 4:30 p.m. ET respectively. Viewers can watch the games on Netflix by subscribing or logging in, with the option to also view them on local TV or through the NFL mobile app with an NFL+ subscription.

The broadcasts will feature a wide range of on-air talent, including commentators, insiders, comedians, and analysts. Coverage will begin with a live pregame show from Los Angeles and Pittsburgh at 11 a.m. ET.

Beyoncé’s halftime performance during the Ravens-Texans game will be a highlight of the day, as she performs tracks from her “Cowboy Carter” album live for the first time. Don’t miss out on this exciting new venture for Netflix and the NFL this holiday season.
