A teenager has been arrested in connection with the theft of a city vehicle in Norwalk, which was later used in a street takeover incident in New Haven. The stolen 2010 Ford Crown Victoria belonging to the city was found in New Haven on Oct. 21, after being last driven on Oct. 10. The 17-year-old suspect is facing charges of larceny of a motor vehicle and first-degree criminal mischief. Police are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact them at 203-854-3111.
