A 58-year-old man from New Haven was arrested by Branford police after allegedly pulling out a gun during an argument about an online food order at a Subway sandwich shop on North Main Street.
The incident occurred on Monday evening, prompting officers to respond to the scene and locate the suspect’s vehicle driving on North Main Street near Cedar Street. The man was taken into custody and a loaded Glock 9mm matching witness descriptions was found in his possession.
The man now faces charges of threatening in the second degree, breach of peace in the second degree, and reckless endangerment in the second degree. He was released after posting a $15,000 bond.
