Vice President Kamala Harris hosted a rally near Atlanta with former President Barack Obama and rock legend Bruce Springsteen. Harris acknowledged her early support for Obama and thanked him for his friendship and faith in her campaign. The event aimed to boost voter enthusiasm by showcasing the enduring popularity of Obama, the only president since Ronald Reagan to win two elections with over 50% of the vote. Obama also appeared with Harris’ running mate, Tim Walz, in Wisconsin, and will do interviews to reach Black audiences. Michelle Obama is set to campaign with Harris in Michigan, and Springsteen, along with other celebrities like Spike Lee and Samuel L. Jackson, endorsed and supported Harris at the event. Beyoncé is scheduled to appear with Harris at an event in Houston. The rally marked the first time Harris and Obama shared the stage this election cycle as Harris makes her final pitch to voters before Election Day. The event was filled with star power and aimed to energize voters in key battleground states.
