Amir Abdur-Rahim, the head coach of the South Florida basketball team, unexpectedly passed away at the age of 43 due to complications during a medical procedure. He had previously led the Bulls to a successful season where they won the American Athletic Conference’s regular-season championship. Abdur-Rahim had a successful coaching career, including turning around the Kennesaw State program and leading the Bulls to their first-ever ranking in the AP Top 25.
