A suspect involved in a stand off at a Shell Gas Station in Rocky Hill, Connecticut was arrested after a five-hour stand off. Luis Rolon was taken into custody following an alleged assault in Wethersfield. Witnesses reported seeing Rolon assaulting a woman at a nearby Motel 6, leading to police responding to the gas station where he barricaded himself.
