Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a wave of new sexual assault and rape accusations as five new civil lawsuits were filed against him by attorney Tony Buzbee. The suits, filed in the Southern District of New York, do not name the plaintiffs but include allegations of sexual assault or rape by Combs in incidents dating back to 2000. Two of the plaintiffs are men, and three are women, with one woman alleging she was raped by Combs when she was 13 years old.
Buzbee plans to file a total of seven suits against Combs, stating that they will continue to gather evidence and prepare filings. Combs, through his attorneys, denied all accusations, expressing full confidence in the legal process. However, he is currently being held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn on federal racketeering and sex trafficking charges with his criminal trial set to begin on May 5.
In response to the accusations, Combs’ legal team has filed a motion requesting that his accusers in the federal sex trafficking case be publicly identified to prepare a proper defense. Despite facing multiple lawsuits and allegations, Combs continues to deny all accusations against him. The issue has gained significant media attention and continues to unfold as more information emerges.
