The death of 37-year-old Lisa F. Beebe, a Hartford woman found in a Wethersfield apartment last month, is currently under investigation by police. Beebe was discovered deceased in the apartment on Berlin Turnpike on Tuesday, Sept. 24 after EMS crews alerted authorities.
