Musicians Dhani Ahmad Prasetyo and Mulan Jameela, along with other well-known figures, have also secured seats in the House. The trend of celebrities entering politics shows no signs of slowing down in Indonesia, as their popularity continues to attract voters.
As these celebrities prepare to take on their roles as lawmakers, their past experiences in the entertainment industry will undoubtedly shape their approach to governance. It remains to be seen how their presence in the political arena will impact policies and decisions in the coming years.
