Well-Known Meteorologist Leaves Connecticut News Station


Meteorologist Ryan Breton has announced his departure from Fox61 after nearly three years with the news station. Before joining Fox61, Breton had worked with WCSH and WLBZ in Maine for over four years and had earned a bachelor’s degree in Meteorology from Penn State University. He is also a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist and has received accolades such as an Excellence in Innovation Award and nominations for regional meteorologist Emmy Awards.
