Drying Out and Pleasant Weather Ahead for the Weekend

The rain will be tapering off on Wednesday morning, with plenty of clouds and a cool day expected. No air conditioning will be needed as temperatures will be quite cool overnight and into early Thursday.

Rain showers are expected to return on Thursday, with wet weather dominating Friday. However, there is good news for the weekend as the timing of Debby’s remnant rains is better than expected. The rain is expected to clear out faster than previously thought, with dry weather arriving by midmorning on Saturday. Sunshine is expected for most of the day on Saturday and good weather is forecasted for Sunday as well.

For today, morning showers and drizzle will taper off with mainly dry weather expected for the afternoon and evening. It will feel cool with breezy highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s. Tonight will be cool with passing clouds and lows in the 50s to around 60.

Tomorrow will start off dry but showers are expected in the afternoon with highs in the mid to upper 70s. Friday will see periods of heavy rain associated with Debby, with possible flooding and humid conditions with highs in the upper 70s.

Saturday is looking much better, with morning rain ending by around 9AM and clearing out to become sunny and mainly dry during the afternoon. It will be warm and humid with highs between 80-85. Sunday will be sunny with highs around 80 degrees, followed by Monday with mostly sunny weather and highs in the low 80s, with a chance of a shower or storm at night.
