The event showcased a mesmerizing metal horse galloping down the Seine River and a light show projected from the Eiffel Tower. The refugee Olympic team made an entrance, and Team USA, despite the rain, sailed through the ceremony. The 2024 U.S. Olympic team and Minions were also part of the festivities, along with Louis Vuitton bringing style to the event. The spectacle ended with the Olympic torch zip-lining over the River Seine. The 2024 Paris Olympics can be watched on NBC and streaming on Peacock from July 26 – August 11.
