Pentagon Accounting Error Opens Door for Billions in Additional Aid to Ukraine


The Pentagon has revealed $2bn worth of additional errors in its calculations for equipment sent to Ukraine, bringing the total value of inaccurately tabulated materials to $8.2bn.
